Frequently asked questions about the BluesVac range of packaging machines

What is the difference between BluesVac 42 and BluesVac 42+?

Both models share the same advanced control technology, but the BluesVac 42+ offers a larger chamber, allowing larger bags (up to 400×500 mm) to be packaged and a higher product volume to be processed in each cycle.

Vacuum control by sensor ensures greater precision, as it automatically adjusts the vacuum level according to the type of product, preventing damage to delicate foods and ensuring consistent packaging quality.

Depending on the model, it is possible to add features such as gas injection, a synchronizable printer, or an LED panel, which expands the possibilities for use in sectors such as food, retail, or laboratories.

The pump power varies depending on the model to adapt to different production requirements. The BluesVac 35 packaging machine is equipped with a powerful 16 m³/h vacuum pump. The BluesVac 42, BluesVac 42+, and BluesVac 52 models feature a 21 m³/h pump. Despite being tabletop devices, all BluesVac models achieve the same vacuum level as industrial models, 1 mbar.

La potencia de la bomba de vacío va acorde con el volumen de aire que se debe retirar de la cámara de vacío, a mayor potencia/caudal de aspiración, mayor rapidez en el ciclo de envasado.

Yes, all models in the BluesVac range (35, 42, 42+, and 52) offer the option of an internal sloping ramp, specifically designed to facilitate the packaging of liquids. Without this accessory, it is also possible to package liquids, but the user must ensure that the bag is tilted inside the chamber and not fill it with more than half the bag’s capacity. The vacuum chamber of the Zermat SMALL series packaging machines is designed with an oval-shaped base to accommodate the liquid and prevent it from spilling out of the bag during the emptying cycle.

BluesVac machines are highly versatile and allow the use of any type of vacuum bag. This includes simple, silver, smooth, or embossed bags, as well as special formats such as stand-up bags (doy-packs), easy-open zip bags, coffee bags, or shrink bags, in all types of microns.

The design of BluesVac packaging machines focuses on convenience and durability. All interior chambers feature a curved or rounded base and corners or edges for easy cleaning. In addition, on models with a vacuum pump of 16m3/h or higher, oil changes are simple and require no tools on any model. All models also feature a built-in vacuum pump maintenance program. Simply press a button on the control panel and close the vacuum chamber to start the process.

The BluesVac 52 is the largest bagging machine in the SMALL range. Its main feature is the double sealing bar (2 x 410 mm), which gives it a large capacity. This design allows bags up to 42×60 cm to be bagged.

Progressive air intake (soft air) is a feature included in all models in the Bluesvac series and above. This function allows air to gradually enter the chamber after the vacuum cycle, which is crucial to prevent damage or deformation of delicate products, such as packaged pizzas or sliced meat pouches, as well as sharp products such as skewers, electronic boards, or lamb bones.

If space is limited but demanding vacuum packaging is required, the BluesVac 35 is the ideal solution. This is the most compact professional vacuum packaging machine on the market, with external dimensions of 440 x 550 x 420 mm, but offering the same level and quality of vacuum as industrial models.
