Some of our models of vacuum packaging machines can be equipped with the Bi-Active sealing system. This is based on a marking of the bag of greater security, recommended option for the packaging of bags with a high material thickness and also for bags with side bellows or materials with aluminium in its composition.
The packaging machines with a standard sealing system have a seal bar with the sealing resistance that hits on a support bar (silicone).
The packaging machines with Bi-Active sealing system, have two seal bars with sealing wire, which impact against each other; in this way in the sealing process, the bag receives the heat evenly on both sides, with this process the marking of the bag is more reliable.
