For the easy placement of the product to be packed, the insert plates also help to reduce the cycle time, the more full the machine chamber is, and the less air the vacuum pump must suck.
Standard accessory on all packaging machines, some equipment incorporates several plates to regulate the height of the chamber.
As a special accessory, extra insert plates can be made to measure for each product to occupy more space in the chamber.
