The utility of insert plates

For the easy placement of the product to be packed, the insert plates also help to reduce the cycle time, the more full the machine chamber is, and the less air the vacuum pump must suck.

Standard accessory on all packaging machines, some equipment incorporates several plates to regulate the height of the chamber.

As a special accessory, extra insert plates can be made to measure for each product to occupy more space in the chamber.

Advantages of the insert plates:

They protect the inside of the chamber.
Extra made as per dimensions of each chamber.
The product is always at the proper height for the sealing bar.
When the chamber is full, the vacuum cycle is faster.
If gas injection is used, the consumption is lower.
